Mystery icon

Sometimes when I'm looking at a web page or email there is an empty frame where there should be a graphic and a tiny icon in the top left hand corner of the frame which consists of a small square frame with a blue triangle, a blue circle and a red square inside. Can anybody tell me what this means please?

it means the image cannot be displayed for some reason or other. check your security settings, or may be a problem with the web page.

It is often because the website has removed the image or messed up the link to it.
