everytime I try to download smileys, regardless of which site I go thru, i get as far as the 'initializing' screen, and it just freezes. Is there a quick solution to this, or is there an alternative site to retrieve emoticons that doesnt go thru smiley central? Cheers

What type of file are you trying to download these in? Is it just a picture file (probably .gif .bmp or .png) or is a .zip or .exe file? If they're just image files you could just right click on the pictures on the site and press "Save Picture As.."

if you are using msn 6.2 after u hav done what tomd suggests u can put them on your custom emoticons
