help please

me and hubby are trying to clear the toolbar histopry on the new laptop but not sure how to do it . we can manage to do it on the other laptop by going to edit then clear toolbar history but on this laptop we click on edit and theres no option to clear ?? any help much appreciated

Use a program like window washer or pap cleaner - by pap, I mean another four letter word that starts cr, just in case I'm not allowed to type that. The latter is free.
