sky remote????

We just bought a Samsung lcd tv . Only prob is when using the sky + remote to adjust the volume it doesnt work .Anyone else had this prob or know why???

yep, had our samsung lcd for about 3 years and have always had to use the tv remote to adjust the volume,the sky one has never worked, we just assumed we had a duff one, we have tried every thing :-(

you have entered the code into the remote to set it to operate a samsung tv haven't you?

yep lol done that time and time again lol im just glad it`s not just me ( which is what i have always assumed :-) )

Go to the interactive menu, option 5 then option 5 again. You will need the make and model of your tv and it tells you how to do it.
