How to draw.

I have an electrical diagram that I don't quite understand.My question is twofold.Firstly please explain it to me BUT more importantly how do I send a DIAGRAM either one that is already in print or one that I draw myself? Thanks!!!!

It all depends on what format it is in.

If it is on paper you scan it and send it as an image. In most cases a gif or png file is the appropriate format

If it is some kind of data file for an obscure proprietry program you convert it to a format that can be read by ordinary useer.

Save as gif, png, tiff, pdf, bmp, jpg
