wi - fi on mobile phone

I have just purchased a mobile phone with wi - fi if i use it in an area that advertise free wi fi - do i get charge for internet use from my provider ???

Without having access to the terms and conditions of your phone contract it is impossible to say.

is it the BT internet anywhere

in areas like city of london, Leeds etc ... it's totally free
if you use the free services from macdonalds or costa coffee etc .... it's free

with BT if you join the fon network - it's all free and unlimited
if you don't your limits apply (500 free mins - or is it 10Mb?) in openzone areas
