I have an acer aspire one notebook with linux os. Is there anybody who does a usb dongle to give mobile internet which is linux compatible?

Vodaphone on contract, not on pay as you go, bizarrely
"Linux" doesn't mean one thing like it might for Windows or Mac.

It's a very customisable system. It depends what program you use to manage networks.

The latest network manager (with ubuntu intrepid, current version) has this. WICD, a better program, also has some support for these devices.

If you're using the system that came on the Aspire One, then it may not have this capability. You would be best installing Ubuntu, or maybe Easy Peasy would work, with a nice simple interface:

Depending on which version of the one you have you may not need the USB dongle, some of them have one built in.
