help with my thomson DTR

please help i have lost all my channels on my Thomson DTI6300, i came back from my holiday to find all my channels have gone, i tried to retune box but it didn't work, can anyone please help?

Ps if i have to restore factory settings, is there any way i can save what is in my library?
