blue screen

had my laptop cleaned up cos had virus 6weeks ago! now over last week its started to blue screen. why is it doing this? is it another virus?

I doubt if blue screen would be a virus.

Sounds as though you may have a bad driver.

If your Windows was reinstalled then maybe the person who did it did not download the correct drivers.

If that is the case you could be using default basic Windows drivers.

Laptops always need a load of special drivers installed after Windows is installed to get the sound, graphics and other components working properly.
