how to remove the start ups in microsoft 200 pro

Download msconfig for windows 2000 here http://www.perfectdrivers.com/howto/msconfig.html then use it to prevent applications running in the background or starting up (you can untick everything in the startup tab). Also in Start > programs > startup > right-click and delete any applications in there.
