if your a bank or goverment department then no not really!
for your average home user then as long as you have security setup for the wireless connection then yes.
somebody could still crack it if they really tried.... but why would anybody take the time and effort to crack your wireless security for a home user. most hackers won't be that interested in seeing your pictures of auntie Agnes on the beach at Skegness!
