freezing

Can anyone help by telling me why the screen of my laptop freezes a few minutes after booting up and the only way to solve is to unplug. whatcan i do please

Could be a million things. You need to get a friend who knows about these things to look at it., or buy the book "windows Inside out" which tells you how to investigate problems of this kind.
It's not easy. What did you do immediately before this started to happen? It could be some software you installed. But then again it could be anything.
