(pain in the bum ... don't know why I ever updated from 2003)

How do you do that thing with Footers where you can show ...

[name of document] page [1] of [12]

... please ?

Just had a look & either click on 'Insert' or go to 'Page setup' & click on 'other options' this brings up headers/footers. Hope this helps.

Thanks. I've found those Header and Footer options, but I still can't see the one where I can type some text, and then have page number, and total number of pages.

=0(

The older version of Word seemed so much easier.
