Real Player

Please, please.please can anyone please help me.

I have a number of video clips in 'My Library' of Real-Player.

But the problem is I cannot get to some of them because there is a warning window covering most of them up.

This window is titled 'Windows-No Disk'

And it says ' Exception Processing Message'

CANCEL TRY AGAIN CONTINUE

No matter what button of these three I click on, I get a bleep from my computer but I can't get rid of this window.

Help, I just want to remove these clips off my hard drive and onto a CD for storage.
