I've installed a cd writer and would like to copy my LPs and 45s onto CD is this easy to do as I'm only a novice to computers what is the proceedure please the easy way thanks.

You'll need to connect your existing source (record player or tape deck) to the line in socket of your sound card (there should be a picture of concentric circles and an arrow in). It's a 4.5 mill jack - so you'll prbably need a 2xphono -> 4.5 Jack lead. A couple of quid from your nearest computer or hi fi ship.
