Gloss printing problems?

Any help please. I have 2 printers, Epsom D78 &DX 7450 and recently both machines have started playing up. When I press print, they refuse to pick up the glossy paper and will not let it roll through. There is no problem with ordinary matt paper. !

Possible paper has become slightly damp? Store it in its pack flat in a dry place.

Sometimes I have had this problem .

I find it will not pick up a single photo paper, so I now have more than one in the tray, even if I only want to print one.

Before I load a number of photo papers I separate each one by hand, just as one does with new bank notes.
