I want to add hotmail.com to my outlook client as an additional email address,can someone give me the pop & smtp details & how to enter into M/S outlook.

You need to download the hotmail connector for outlook

Thanks Chuck for your prompt reply,however,when trying to download hotmail connector,amessage appeared telling me that I could not proceed without M/S office outlook 2003 or 2007. As I already have M/S 2000 which I am quite happy with,does this mean they require me to re-purchase ?

yep they do, not worth it though.

If you really want to use outlook for your mail setup a free mail account elsewhere that does support POP mail so you can use outlook with it and then set hotmail to automatically forward all emails to the new account
