Windows keep opening on my computer, inviting me to play online bingo, computer games, trying to sell me tooth-whitening products, all sorts of stuff.

Anyone know how can I stop this happening please?

If you use Internet explorer , make sure you pop-up blocker is on Tools then pop-up blocker

If it's firefox , go to tools>options and the general tab . make sure box is checked

The easy way to fix this is go here

then buy the "fixmyownpc" cd
its �20 and fixes most of the common problems with computers, XP or Vista, and always has the latest anti virus software on it as the cd isn't made and virus definitions updated until the day someone buys it
