Email Log On

When I open outlook express, I have recently started getting a Log On window appear, with a space for my user name, and one for my password.

Although I am receiving my emails as usual this window gets to be annoying, but when I cancel it I get the following error message:

'There was a problem logging into your mail server: your password was rejected'.

I have never had to log in or use my password at any time.

Can anyone please tell me how to get rid of this annoyance?

Click Tools/Accounts
On the Mail tab, double-click your account
On the Servers tab:
In the bit that says "Account name" enter your user name
Enter your password and check the box that says "Remember password".
