I have just bought a new laptop after my last one went kaput! If I load i-tunes onto it, is it going to slow it down or ruin its performance? Thank you.

If you need iTunes, install it, otherwise don't.

It won't adversely affect your laptop

iTunes is just like any other piece of software and will not affect your computers performance at all.

Thanks Gromit. My last laptop constantly had a "blue screen of death" because I used Limewire (illegally I have to add) but I now use and pay for i-tunes and was just concerned the same thing would happen again.
