I went on to answerbank monday evening to go on to Quizzes & Puzzles,but McAfee Antivirus told m that there was a virus on that site and not to go on to this site until it was sorted by answerbank.
But I have been using answerbank for a long time and had no trouble at all,so I overuled McAfee,that was a mistake now when I go on to my desktop I don't have any icons but McAfee is asking me to take my Antivirus off which I can't.
Would it be easier to go back to Factory settings and hopefully this would do the trick.Thankyou for any help or advise.

It might be best to seek advice from Mcafee, rather than try and change any settings yourself. When I used to have McAfee, I have used the online help, and found it to be a quick and useful service.
