iPod touch or iPhone?

whats the difference between the two? i thought the ipod touch was literally the same as the iphone(same features etc.) except it has more games? may sound like a stupid question but im dying to know! also, which one is more useful and which one should i get?! cheers.

seems a bit stupid to have a ipod touch when you've already got a iphone.

there are very few other differences.

The touch only allows you to surf the web using wi-fi

the touch has no facillities for things like weather, stocks, mail because these all depend on the 3G internet connection in the iPhone.

and the touch has no camera.

I'd like to recommend iPhone, it can do anything that iPod touch does.

sophie, the difference is very simple:

iPhone has everything that the iPod touch has, as well as mobile phone features.

One such mobile phone feature is connection to the phone networks, allowing you to check your email or browse the web away from a wifi signal.

Since the iPod touch doesn't have these phone features, you're stuck with using wifi signals. But this may be perfectly good enough.
