unlocking a mobile phone

i want to buy a sony ericsson w395 phone but want it on 02. every other network does it but not 02. have been told it can,t be unlocked - is this correct ??

Get the unlock code here in this site mention below & unlock your sony ericsson w395 mobile on 02 in easier way .
I used this site http://www.theunlocka...lock...phone/rs13wp2/ for unlocking the mobile , it provides unlock code , using that i unlocked the mobile & got nice solution.
It worked out great .
