gamma 12 diaphram

I have 2 pairs of Carlsbro gamma 12 speakers and although very good speakers I do occasionally have to change the diaphrams in the horns. Recently however Carlsbro have gone bust and the supplier I was using for these parts tell me they are no longer available. The part numbr on the box is xx0194. Does anybody know where I can purchase these spares??Please!!
