Putting a name to a Youtube link on AB.

Please can someone tell me how to do it? I know how to post a link on AB, but I would like to give it a name, instead of a string of letters and numbers. Hope you know what I mean.

I have looked at the AB tutorial, also Googled and I have tried to work it out, but cannot understand it.

To label a hyperlink: my label

So, put the URL of the YouTube link instead on myhpyerlink.com and the words you want displayed instead of my label.
It is essential the apostrophes and brackets are in the right places.
