Fly SLT100 sim free mobile mms settings for Orange?

Just got from play.com the great Fly slt100 phone sim free but Orange don't have the model listed so can't give me the settings to enable mms.I have emailed Fly but not yet heard back from them, so if anyone else has got this please let me know?

Great, had found the site already but took me several goes to make it work example only 8080 worked for me and the proxy address is 010 not 10 for but can now send mms! many thanks.
