signing in

im having problems here.....firstly i cant sign into my hotmail account...secondly i cant sign onto my e-bay account...and thirdly i am getting a message telling me to uninstall and reinstall norton anti-virus....are my settings wrong..i keep getting a message saying that the page needs active x  ?????? please help meeeeeeeeee....x
