Stopping unwanted e-mails

Is there any way I can stop e-mails appearing in my junk folder? Some of them are quite obscene and appear frequently. Is there anyway I can stop them like you can stop phone calls and junk mail? Thanks

Only by changing email addresses and only teling trsted people the new address

Many people have two email addresses. One for genuine use between friends and family and one for signing up for sites like this.

Once your email address is on a spammer's list, you will never get off it.

I was using the Block Sender option on all the many spam stuff that was coming to me, but it hardly stemmed the tide. I have now done a free download of Spamfighter and a blissfully empty mailbox this morning.

Download and install the FREE "mailwasher" program and then you can see what mail you are getting before it actually gets to your computer and so delete it without reading or having to view it.

The drop down message options (on outlook) gives block sender as an option. Was individually blocking addresses, but as I said this was not enough as more and more came every day. The spam blocker is doing its job efficiently so far.
