Can anyone tell me why, when i sell an item on ebay it doesnt show that the item is despatched (the little box icon) this doesnt show up blue. I know i the buyer has recieved the item but it still doesnt show up even after i ahve left feedback and they have left positive feedback. Can you help?

i think if you click on the small drop down box in your items sold section(underneath where it says 'action') you can change the status to 'item despatched'.

hope that makes some kind of sense.
