Charging An iPod Abroad

My daughter usually charges her ipod through a USB port on the computer, but as she's going abroad without the computer soon she wants to know can she charge it up any other way while she's away from home? She'll be staying with a relative who has no computer in her house.

My hubby bought a little speaker/docking system for his from Asda, was only cheap and it plays music and charges at the same time. We take it on holiday with us all the time as we get to listen to music then too.

i bought a mains charger from argos. sorry i dont know how to do links but if you go argos website and search for ipod mains charger mine is the one for �18.59, its reviews give it 5 stars (unlike other products mentioned in previous threads). I find mine brilliant no problem at all.

just read missspeedy's post......i do also have a docking station thing thats powered either by a few AA batteries or by mains and yes when used on mains electric that also charges ipod up - again with no problem - that also came from argos.
