I am doing a music quiz at my local and want to do an intro's round. Is there a programme I can download from the web which I can use to burn the first 30 seconds of tracks I already have on my pc or is there one I could buy somewhere. Bear in mind please I am not that brilliant with computers so would need something with instructions on how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jan1957, why don't you try this free download of ''Power sound editor'' you just open your selected music file, highlight the intro on the screen, delete the rest, save just the intro and burn to disc, it sounds hard but it's really easy, if I can do it anyone can as I know next to nothing about computers, there is so much more that you can do with this program as well, give it a try here...

I should add to the above that when you have edited your music track you need to save it to another file then upload your saved file to whatever program you use to burn discs with, as the rip and burn function does not work on the free version of this program, good luck & let us know how you get on..
