i have a hp photosmart 1215ps printer which takes cards compact flash    ibm microdrive and smartmedia  i am purchasing a canon digital camera  which has sd cards   is this compatible with my printer    or can somebody advise what printer to get     i need quality  budgest �200

The 1215 does not support SD cards.  You can get an adapter that converts SD to Compact Flash for a few pounds.  Example here http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000165CBA/002-3699602-8766413?v=glance
