Is there a simple reason why some of the Apps I download from the iTunes App Store won't transfer to my Touch?

I always make sure the Apps are compatible.

When you sync with iTunes, check that under the Applications tab you have sync all applications checked.
The applications tab can be found if you lick on your Ipod Touch on the left menu under devices
