I stupidly downloaded incredimail and cant get rid of it noe, I have gone into my 'c'drive and cleared anything to do with it, I have went to unistall, I have done the regedit thing and still the bloody thing says my IE is powered by it, I can no longer burn a dual layer disc, in othere words I am having a crap time at the moment

two unrelated things here....

the "powered by incedimaill" is just the branding setting for IE, it effects nothing else. dont worry about it,

you're burning dual layer DVD problem, my first thought is you're DVD drive is starting to die, they don't last forever! how old is it?

Hi Chuck it's only about 15 month old, it is ok when burning single layer discs, I have got a three yr warranty with the computer, but only foe hardware? this would come under that catergory wouldn't it?

chuck, would I be able to use a external DL Burner?

Going in for an external one Chuck, rang Dell waste of time, they said it was a software issue, going to charge nearly £70 to put it right, cheaper to buy another!
