i've got one of these printers that has a really weird fault. It will print photos off the windows PC hard drive onto plain A4 paper at 360 dpi with no problem at all with the pictures being printed precisely where they are shown on screen.
However, when I change the dpi to 1440 and select photo paper in the properties box, it prints the pictures where it pleases on an A4 sheet of photo paper. It also does really odd things such as when printing a 150 x 100 mm picture, it will print the first 10mm of a picture, leaves an 90mm unprinted gap and then prints the remaining 50mm.
I can't find anything about this fault on the internet and Epson seem to be unaware of it on the printer helpfiles online.

Thanks all.

It sounds like the printer driver has become corrupted. Try uninstalling it and then reinstalling.
