Hi, just got this ipod touch, can someone please tell me how i can get a film (from a dvd) onto my Ipod touch. Seems to me i can only get it on if i buy it again on itunes but im sure there must be a way.

This may infringe copyright of course, but if your favourite Auntie has just sent you a DVD of her holiday in Barbados...
Put 'DVD to iPod' into Google and you'll have more choices than you know what to do with.

Hi thanks, ive downloaded the software but seem to have problems still.
I put in the DVD i want putting on my ipod and i get the error message...
'No titles found. Please make sure you have selected a valid, non copy protected source. Your source may be copy protected, badly mastered or format which HandBrake does not support. Please refer to the documentation and FAQ'
can anyone help me get around this problem?

I assume you're using Windows.
You'll also then need an application like AnyDVD. Use this to rip the DVD to your hard drive first, then point handbrake to this folder that it creates (choosing the 'iPhone' preset).
Then, you'll have a mp4 file which you can drag into iTunes. When syncing your iPod, you can select to sync all movies.
