Laser Printers - What runs out?

Am I right in thinking that the only things that needs replacing on a regular basis in a laser printer is the toner, or is there another comsumable that has to be taken into account when assessing running costs (apart from the paper)?

No, you also need to replace the drum and the fuser wire or fuser roller.
Some laser printers (HP I think) take cartridges which include a new drunm along with the toner, but many (especially colour printers) don't.
Oh, and also the ozone filters in some!
HP printers also need maintenance kits - after every 10,000 pages or something like that. You *can* reset the counter so you don't use one every time you're prompted but it's not recommended.
