Hi there,

I have been on the Paul McKenna website looking to buy the "Total Flying Confidence" CD although apparently it's not available now as it is being re-recorded.  I also cannot find this CD Used or Unused ANYWHERE apart from Amazon who are charging �100 (no thanks!) - can anyone give me any other suggestions on where to look that I don't know about already please!?  I'm desperate!
