Hi All
I bought a new PC in September and it has crashed twice on me. Once within a week of having it and again today.
The weird thing is that both times it crashed I was watching a video on the Sun newspaper site.
It has never crashed before and is fine with other video sites.
Could the Sun video's be causing it to crash?
Thanks in advance

Yes, easily. Your firewall might not like it.

Thanks HC4361.
Would it make it totally unresponsive? I could not do anything with it and had to switch it off via the main button.
can you be a little more specific than crash? locked up totally? blue screen of death? just resets? browser closes?

It was looping the video sound but the screen was a black/blue colour. I pressed esc and various other buttons but it did nothing. It was totally locked
tried the task manager?

I tried Task manager but it would not respond to anything. Nothing worked at all, just dark screen and looping audio.
If you were watching it full screen sounds like the flash player crashed.

did you try pressing ctrl+alt+delete and using the task manager to close the program?

the sun site appears to use a fairly standard flash player so first thing is make sure you have the latest player installed
