outlook express

I suddenly can't receive my e-mails from my Outlook Express for some reason, and it keeps saying Error Number 0x800co13b, and then when I go into tools, accounts, mail, and properties, it just says pop.freeserve.com.  Any simple advise would be most appreciated.  Cheers

Try Mozilla Thunderbird as your email programme,it's really good and has a built in spam filter that gets better and better the more you tell it whats spam ...............

I don't know of that error exactly, the nearest I know is 800ccc0131 which is accompanied by some text usually relating to MSIMN

If it's that then the fix is to exit OE, find the "folders.dbx" file and rename it to folders.old or something, reload OE and a new Folders.dbx file will be created.

Thunderbird is very good, highly reccomend that and Firefox too.
