you got no handbook
hold down the top right button for around 10 seconds an apple should appear this means it starting up
to shut down press the same button and hold for 15 secs till a slide appears

Thanks for that - I needed to plug it inot my computer and down load a programme (bit complicated for a phone!)

you have to download I TUNES it works through that, nothing else, when its connected with usb it will regognize it in the left hand panel of i tunes
