hi

we've had to restore our pc to factory settings and although i backed up all my files a week ago onto an external harddrive i can't get my itunes library to appear. have searched the web and there seem to be some sites that sell software to restore library from ipod, anyone know how to do this fro free?

If you have loaded all your files back on to you Pc from your hard drive , then you should have all your songs that have been imported in your I-tunes library, in a file, normally music file. From there you can transfer your songs back to your I-Tunes. Hope this helps. WIll also ask the other half as he has done this.
