any computer clean up things on vista?

hiya, would like to give my comp a bit of a 'springclean'

i have done a disk check, defragged and a disk cleanup...

is there anything else available on vista that will help my computers performance?

Swtich to Windows classic mode.

You could download ccleaner (free) which although is not on vista it is good at what it does.

It doesn't make a big difference but i always delete temporary internet foldes & my history once every fortnight.
