Can anyone beat this? Called this rubbish provider at 11--10AM & Still waiting, would you call this good service? think on all you people.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.can i ask what you are calling them for ,by the way a little tip call them as if you were going to pay your bill it is a lot quicker :) if it's for your broadband then yes i was held on phone for 2 hours 3 times in a row because they didnt want to answer my call (difficult customer) they couldnt find a fault with my line and wanted to send an engineer to me at the cost of £169 i sorted problem myself found out for some reason they had put my main box in my loft!!! so couldnt get on the internet downstairs on an extension box that they had also fitted .

Hi, yes regards the bill paying, regards their responce, CRP regards a ISP I would not recommend anyone to join this provider, they said to me regards my call, Incidentally this call was for a friend of ours, they said it was due to it being Jan 2010 & the volume of calls what a load of bull sht, My advise to anyone that thinks that this provider is good THINK TWICE. stick to the providers that can answer a phone within reason & not half a day & give a service. I hope you are not with this comp Cherry / Square bear?
If you are on inclusive call phone tariff, use this to find a nornal landline number, or possibly even an 0800 number

Hi Cherry, from the day I had the PC I installed TALK TALK, the name Say's it all, I had more chance of phoning the pope than getting through to these people, so I told them to put it where the sun does not shine & went to Free serve / Wanadoo / then my present Orange, no problem from installation, communication, Tech support, help etc, I am not 100/% PC Minded but the help and advise Orange give you is second to none ( Very helpful) a lot of us can stand maybe a 10 min wait but by the time you wait for Talk Talk Vauxhalls have built 2 cars if get you my meaning, its totaly disgusting the way they have you, as the customer waiting after all it's you that's paying for their incompetence if the company cannot sort its problems out they should leave it to the ISP that can, the problems I had with so call bloody Talk Talk ended, my reply to talk talk, bye bye. xx
i might try orange then i thought they just done the dongle things though ,i have good reception with all mobile networks here just not phone lines its wierd! oh sorry apart from3 lol i went on there website to see coverage and i have 0 but across the road from me is woods guess what 100% lol would have to go sit in the woods to go on internet how good is that

It would be very interesting to see who HAS been with the ISP & who still is, just to recap, I have certainly given Talk Talk the comments I have made earlier with results, She has within the last Half Hour rang me to say Talk Talk has been in contact with her ( AND WILL SORT THE PROBLEM FREE OF CHARGE to sort my friends PC problem out, It goes to show all out there, kick them in the b@lls say what you think, tell the TRUTH ON LINE do not infringe policies, (AB) YOU WILL GET SOMEWHERE.

Well,I haven't got much to say about this subject really.I'm not into this kind of thing.
I try to avoid the phone if I can.I tend to use email instead......so sorry I cannot help much.
