GTA san andreas

Can somebody give me an insite into the car modding on gta san andreas... (ps2). i have unlocked the street racing garage and have modded some cars, my question is: Is there anywhere to race these modded cars? and where are these races located?

Ive completed the storyline missions and as far as i know you can only do street races when you unlock them and you have to use the car/bike you are given. The icon on the map for these street races is a dice. I think you just modify cars for pleasure at 'Wheel Arch Angels' unlike 'Loco Low' where you can modify lowriders to compete at lowrider meets.

As far as I know, once you buy the car showroom in Doherty (by Cranberry station) you can start races at the car showroom in Doherty next to the pay & spray and at Las Venturas airport. You can mod a Flash, Jester, Elegy, Stratum, Uranus at Whell arch angels
