Ok, I can get Sky,and I can probably get Freesat by putting the Sky cable directly into the TV. Her (that don't like the new tv) wants BOTH interchangeable..I am a doddering old 75 year old...can I,on my tod, connect a thingy (?) to the dish to run a new cable to the tv, and if so , what "thingy" do I need for the dish (not very high up on the wall) and what quality of cable do I need???? Thanks yet again. John

I think you are looking for a new ..LNB Quad...I recently bought one of these, so as to have three outlets. It took no more than 5 minutes to fit.
Just remove the f plug...pull the pin out of the single LNB and remove it. Insert the new quad... then the pin...and refix the f plug...job done !

Hi Alavahalf...Just been upclose and personal with the dish. The Grundig LNB is sticking out towards the dish, and about 3" in along the metal it's fixed on is a plastic pegthat looks as if it stops the thing sliding in and out.... I can't see any "f" plug (or do I have to open up the LNB? John
