And 70 tablets is not the minimum requirement for an overdose. 100mgs (2 tablets) is the absolute maximum you can take in 4 hours, and that should not be mixed with alcohol. If you have taken more than 8 tablets in the last 24 hours, you need to seek urgent medical attention.
NM I'm understanding where you are coming from but I'm on my route to become a doctor. *100mgs (2 tablets)* - I'm going to assume that is a typing error, since that would be 1gram of paracetamol (each tablet contains 500mg). They say 2 (500mg paracetamol) tablets every 4 hours,...... It's just a guideline.. The body can deal with over 30 grams of paracetamol before it even has a problem. 13 stone isn't the average weight, it's overweight! If you range the NHS after taking 20 paracetamols and you told them you weight 13 stone (male), they wouldn't even admit you to hospital - 10grams of Paracetamol isn't enough to cause an overdose (unless there are other problems).
It was a typo... I mean 2x500mgs.
And there was a case recently of a man who took 12 paracetemols in one go, and died 8 days later from massive internal bleeding.
13 stone can be a reasonable weight... it depends on your height. And if you were on your way to being a doctor... you should know better than to mix alcohol with Amitriptyline and Codeine/Paracetemol.
Good luck with finding a solution.
