Have just seen a HP desktop at pc world with the above graphics card. I must say I have never heard of it. I only want the pc for playing cards, surfing the net, photos, etc., will it be okay.

Also my cousin has a windows professional office 2007 for xp, will it work on windows 7.

For what you want that graphics chipset will be fine. I say chipset, not card as that will be built onto the motherboard, not a separate card, if the computer has a PCI express slot for another graphics card you can always upgrade that part fairly cheaply and very easily in the future if needed.

And yes office 2007 will run on windows7
