I am running IE on win XP, I have several sites that have a password log on and IE always asks
''do you want IE to remember this password'' I have several passwords that i no longer want and
I want to delete them but where are they stored and how do I delete the ones I no longer need.

You can't delete selected passwords, only all of them in one go

Click tools > internet options click on autocomplete make sure there is only a tick in "stored usernames and passwords" and click clear now,.
