This is the same question I asked earlier.....its for the same PC.

I think it maybe posted on the wrong board so will now post it on the Computer board.

A search on PUPSC finds a few hits. Seems it is a serious virus infection.

What operating system are you on (version of Windows)?

Have you got any protection (anti virus or other securuty software installed)?

There are a few places it is mentioned like here:

http://forums.spybot....howthread.php?t=35344

You could try to downoad and run malwarebytes as it MAY get rid of it.

http://www.malwarebytes.org/
It looks as though the way to get rid of it is to do several runs of Spybot, rebooting between runs. Run the program as an administrator - which just means logging in as a user with administrator privileges, and preferably doing it safe mode (at least in XP, don't know about Vista and Windows 7).

Have a look at http://forums.spybot....howthread.php?t=35344 - the method is described in what is almost the last post
I also think Search and Destry may get rid of it, but you may need to run it with Administrator priviligies.

But as I have not got Search and Destroy I am not sure how you do that.

Found this on the Spybot web site, does this help?

http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/42.html

If not see if there is an option on Search and Destroy saying something like "Run as Administrator".
Thankyou guys...This question is for my sister [Shirlthegirl_1]which is why it got asked twice

I will alert her to this post and see if between us we can sort it.

Thanks DD
